Aging is a natural process that brings about changes in both the body and mind. These changes can present challenges, but ADHC at Manor on the Hill is dedicated to assisting our community members in meeting those challenges and living fulfilling lives. By taking the time to understand the specific needs and limitations of our participants and their caregivers, we are able to provide customized support and resources.
